My brothers, Pat and Gerard, were in Lisa's class at school and I know what it is like to lose someone you care for desperately (Gerard tragically committed suicide in 1999). I couldn't put a face to Lisa's name when I heard but as soon as I saw her photograph, I recognised her as someone from my school (The picture of her in her school formal dress seems to be the way I remember her). I know that everyone in our family feels a wee bit of your pain because of what happened to Gerard, but I am sure the sense of loss is amplified by the fact that you do not have her back. I don't believe in God, but I hope that human decency will prevail so that you will get your Lisa back.
